With Community National Bank’s Online Bill Payment service, you’ll enjoy the freedom to pay anyone directly out of your Community National Bank account, anytime, from anywhere you have a computer and Internet connection.

How Do I Sign Up?
If you are interested in enrolling or learning more about Online Bill Payment, you call or stop by any one of our Branch Locations or complete the Online Enrollment Form

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days for your application to be processed.  Once processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation indicating that you may start using Online Bill Payment.

1. Do I need to have an account with Community National Bank to access the Online Bill Payment service?
Yes, you are required to have a checking account.
2. Is there any special software required for Online Bill Pay?
You will need an Internet connection and a Web browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
3. What are the costs for this service?
Business Customers: $5.00 per month for up to 25 payments per month, $.40 per payment after 25.

Consumers:  Free with Advantage Plus Checking, Premium Checking and Portfolio Checking accounts.  CNB Free Checking account - $5.00 per month with unlimited transactions.

4. Is there anyone I cannot pay?
You may not pay government authorities, court systems and anyone
outside the United States.
5. Will the payments appear on my bank statement each month?
Yes, all payments will appear on your checking account statement.
6. Will I still receive my bill in the mail?
You will continue to receive your bill from your vendor as usual.
7. How secure is it to use Online Bill Payment?
Community National Bank is committed to provide the highest level of security to protect your data. We use the latest technology to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Access to your information requires both a user name and password. Your user name and password are unique identifiers that only you will know.
