This is a plastic spending card that is preloaded with funds. Unlike a credit, debit or ATM card, the Gift Card is not linked to a bank account.

Product Features
Card Fee	$3.00 per card.
Denominations	$25, $50, $100 and $500.
Balance Access	Check your Gift Card balance anytime either online or by phone 24 hours a day.  Customer may check their balance anytime at www.convenientcards.com/cardholders or by calling 1-800-486-0252.
Maintenance Fee	A monthly service fee of $2.50 applies but is waived for first 6 months after purchase.
Term of Funds	The Gift Card expires after 42 months after the date of production but the funds do not. If the funds have not been depleted by the expiration date the cardholder can renew/reissue the card for $5.00.
Limitations	The gift card is usable for all signature-based purchases where Visa debit cards are accepted. The card cannot be reloaded.
Lost/Stolen Card Service	If the Gift Card is lost or stolen, the unused balance can be refunded/replaced. Lost or stolen card replacement (via U.S. mail is $15.00.  Customer will need to have the card number to cancel the card and reissue a replacement.  Customer should call 1-800-486-0252.
Multiple Payment Transactions	The Visa Gift Card can be combined with other payment options such as cash to purchase an item for more than the available funds on the Gift Card. Before this request, you must ask the merchant if two forms of payment will be accepted for the purchase you wish to make.
Other Features	Purchases protected by Visa Zero Liability.  Certain restrictions, limitations and exclusions apply.  When using the card at point of sale, select the "Credit" button.
